All charges will appear on your banking or payment statement as “terrahealthrx.com” for your reference. Billing descriptors are subject to change at any time.
Recurring Billing
If you are enrolled in a
recurring subscription plan, your payments will be automatically processed at the scheduled billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges by contacting our support team at

Refund Policy
1. Telemedicine & Prescription Services
Medical consultations are provided by MD Integrations (MDI), a network of licensed healthcare professionals. All patients undergo a thorough medical intake and consultation before being approved for treatment.
- If a patient is not approved for treatment by an MDI provider, they will receive a full refund.
- If a patient is approved, their prescription is electronically transmitted to our licensed pharmacy partner, Curexa, for fulfillment.
Once a prescription has been approved and sent to Curexa for processing, the order is final and non-refundable due to federal restrictions on returning prescription medications.
2. 30-Day Money-Back GuaranteeTerra HealthRX offers a
30-day money-back guarantee for patients who are
disqualified from treatment by their medical provider. If a provider determines that a patient is
not eligible for the prescribed medication, they may request a
full refund within 30 days of their initial consultation.
3. Prescription Appointment Cancellation PolicyTo ensure fair access to telehealth consultations, Terra HealthRX follows a
strict appointment cancellation policy:

Cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment: No refund.

Payment Terms
By purchasing from Terra HealthRX, patients agree to the
full duration of their treatment plan (whether paid upfront or in monthly installments).
Cancelling a plan prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for past payments unless they meet the refund eligibility conditions outlined above.
