How do I take NAD+ injections?
It’s simpler than it sounds. You’ll use a tiny insulin needle (included in your kit) to inject a small amount just under the skin. Most patients start with a low dose (around 0.1ml) 1–3 times per week and gradually increase as guided by their provider.
Where on my body should I inject?
NAD+ is a subcutaneous injection, meaning it goes into the fatty layer just under your skin—not into a muscle or vein. The best spots are usually the stomach area (abdomen), the back of the upper arm, or the flank (love handles).
How strong is the medication?
Our pharmacy-compounded NAD+ is highly concentrated (typically 200mg/ml) to ensure maximum absorption. A standard vial provides multiple doses, and your provider will help you find the exact volume that works best for your energy levels.
Does it hurt?
Because the needle is so thin and goes into fatty tissue, most people feel little to no pain. Some patients report a mild stinging sensation for a few seconds during the injection, which is normal for NAD+, but it fades quickly.
